About Anita
Anita, Kauka, of Harry Norman, Realtors based in Atlanta, is a 18-year veteran of the real estate industry and has represented people all over Georgia in more than 400 real estate transactions. Anita has built a solid foundation of clients in this community through her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to always put the needs of her clients first.
Born and raised in Accra, Ghana, Anita has lived in Africa, Asia, Europe and the Middle East. She moved to the United States in 2003 and fell in love with Atlanta’s rich history and cultural diversity. Her unique background makes her the ideal REALTOR to help find the home of your dreams in one of Atlanta’s heterogeneous communities. One of her unique attributes is that she is trilingual, speaking fluently in French, Arabic and of course English. Passionate about the plethora of prime properties in the Peach state, Anita has continued to leverage her know-how and negotiation skills to exceed her client’s expectations. Anita credits her success to the continued support of Harry Norman Realtors and to referrals from her Buyers and Sellers.
In her free time, Anita loves traveling around the world and learning about other cultures. She served for 10 years on a non-profit International women’s organization in Ghana fundraising for less privileged women and children. She loves to cook and enjoys relaxing in the mountains or on a beach, all the while keeping her clients and Georgia on her mind.
